The Importance of My Mama

The role of my mother in my musical journey cannot be overstated. While some mothers discourage their children from making noise, mine encouraged me to express myself freely at certain times of the day. She also instilled in me the habit of reading for an hour every afternoon. As I listened to records on the living room floor, my mother worked in the garden. I have a theory that successful musicians either have incredibly supportive mothers or the opposite extreme. In my case, I am fortunate to have an exceptional mother, while Eric Clapton had a challenging relationship with his. It's like growing under sunlight or in darkness; ambiguity does not foster artistic development.

When my mother attends one of my shows, it brings me immense joy. She even sacrificed financially to provide me with guitar lessons at a young age. When I'm not touring with country bands in Orlando, Houston, or across the Southeast, I perform at the Florabama lounge in Perdido Key, Florida every Wednesday at 2 pm, except in July when I'm on a music tour. You can find my music on Spotify and Amazon Music, and purchase hats and shirts from my online store. Seeing people wear my merchandise at shows is always a delight. Our band is available for hire in the SEC region, offering trio or four-piece setups, with the latter being my preference for a concert-like experience. I have local bands in various cities, which helps clients save money as they don't have to cover travel expenses. We cover a wide range of country and classic rock songs for different events like weddings, parties, corporate retreats, and more. Our playlist includes artists such as George Strait, Toby Keith, AC/DC, and many more, with the list expanding each week.
