I Always Wanted to Play in a Country Music Band

I always wanted to play in country music bands. I liked the songs and the vocal styles. I like blue jeans and boots and girls like dancing.

So,

when I realized I might be able to do it for a living I started arranging my life around what it would take to make it. You have to be able to get where the party is for the price they can pay so I got a Prius. You have to know songs they want to hear so I sat down and learned them. And take requests whenever I can to learn what people what to know.

My friend Russ and I first started the country band in Houston first and soon realized we could make it work the same distance from my home on the other side, which is Orlando Florida. I live in the middle in Fairhope Alabama right between mobile Alabama and Pensacola Florida. I play at the Florabama lounge every Wednesday at 2 except in July when I’m on tour playing my original music. Check out my stuff on Spotify and Amazon music. I have local bands in each city that don’t travel and it saves the client money. It is in fact the only  reason they can afford a band at all. I don’t haul a country band to Houston because the band already lives there. Same with country bands in Jacksonville Florida Kissimmee Florida Orlando Florida Pensacola Florida Daytona Beach Florida Tampa Florida Georgia Galveston Texas all over Mississippi Louisiana and Texas.

We play a wide variety of country and classic rock for a wide varying venues and events. Weddings parties corporate retreats backyard BBQ’s Graduation parties fiftieth anniversaries.
